Easy Recipes That Require Just a Couple Canned Goods! 

We have a couple of canned food recipes that will use those canned foods to create a yummy dinner or lunch for you and your family!

Canned Goods Chili

Chili is a delicious and easy recipe we all know and love! All you really need are cans of food and the stove.

Ingredients:
  • A can of thick or chunky beef chili with beans 
  • Onions 
  • Can of tomatoes 
  • Elbow pasta, if you’d like 
  • Cheese 

Directions: 
  1. Heat up your can of chili.
  2. Sauté onions and tomatoes and then stir into chili.
  3. If you want to make an even heartier meal, make some elbow pasta with it. 
  4. Grab a few bowls and put the pasta first then pour chili on top. 
  5. Sprinkle a little cheese and voila! 

Nicoise Tuna Salad

This is an easy recipe that is great for lunch! You won’t even need the stove! Or you could use bread and just make a tuna sandwich!

Ingredients :
  • Can of tuna 
  • Can of olives 
  • Can of tomatoes 
  • Bag of green salad 
  • Mayo
  • Celery 
  • Mustard 
  • Dill
  • Onion
  • Salt/Pepper 
  • Dressing of your choice 

Directions:

Some other ideas for you and your family to eat using canned goods would be white meat chicken and make chicken salad, soup which is so simple, fruit salad, or ravioli which comes in a can and you just heat that up on the stove.
