Before getting started conduct an ingredient inventory to ensure you everything you need.  To guarantee you're on track use this check list of ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup of granulated sugar for meringue
  • Banana or Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 4 large banana or plantain
  • 1 stick of Butter
  • ½ teaspoon of Vanilla extract
  • 8'inch deep dish pre-cooked graham cracker pie crust
  • 8 oz. Hersey's White chocolate morsels
  • 3 cold Egg whites
