Cooking with Canned Tuna: Economical, Simple and Savory

- 2 (6 ½ oz) cans tuna, drained
- 2 cups cooked macaroni noodles
- 1 pound sliced Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely diced olives
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Lightly spray bottom of a casserole dish with cooking spray.
Alternately layer the tuna, cooked noodles and Swiss cheese in casserole dish.

Mama’s Tuna Casserole
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons flour
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- ¼ pound American cheese, cut in small pieces
- 2/3 cup milk
- ¼ cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons pimento
- 1 (5 oz) package egg noodles
- 2 (6 ½ oz) cans tuna in spring water, drained
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (176 Celsius).
