Baked Oatmeal Recipe

This baked oatmeal recipe has all the nutritional benefits of oatmeal, yet it is as sweet and satisfying as an oatmeal cookie.

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with nonstick spray. Whisk together milk, eggs, butter and vanilla in a medium bowl. In a large bowl, stir together cinnamon, rolled oats, brown sugar and baking powder. Fold milk mixture into oat mixture. Let stand for 15 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 35-45 minutes. Top with sliced bananas.

- 2-1/2 cups rolled oats

- 1 cup sliced bananas
