A Healthy Breakfast For People With Diabetes

Sometimes, you wake up and just can’t decide what to eat for breakfast. You want something healthy but quick and easy to prepare. Of course, if you have your own personal chef they can take the time to create a delicious breakfast for you. However, if you’re the chef and are limited on time I have the perfect breakfast dish for you.
This breakfast dish is healthy for people with diabetes and will help stabilize blood sugars. Also, you will not feel hungry in an hour or have a high blood sugar rush either.

First, you will need to have the following ingredients:

Pure extra virgin coconut oil, 2-3 organic eggs, Romano cheese, sliced avocado and tomato, lettuce, black olives, and sea salt.

Pour a small amount of pure extra virgin coconut oil in your skillet, then add 2-3 organic eggs and make an omelet with shredded Romano cheese, veggies you like such as a sliced avocado and tomato. Now sprinkle the omelet with sea salt, then place on a plate with lettuce and black olives. You can be creative by adding different veggies and this will also change the taste of the omelet.

This delicious breakfast dish provides good fats and protein. The veggies contain essential vitamins and minerals. Studies indicate that when you eat breakfast your mental clarity and mood are enhanced, you have more energy, and it even promotes weight loss. Did you know that eggs contain not just calcium but betaine which is a compound that reduces artery-damaging homocysteine? This is great news for your heart!

Let’s start the day with a healthy breakfast and feel blessed instead of stressed.
